Wavebalance Eyewear is a team of dedicated optical professionals on a mission to create best-in-class eyewear with quality that our customers can trust.

Co-founder Paulino Diaz was born into the eyewear industry, and he has continued that legacy for the last 35 years.

Aaron Panone and Paulino met while they were revitalizing one of the last eyewear factories in the USA and became quick friends. In 2019, they teamed up with Ken Kitnick, to be able to provide unparalleled logistics to the organization.

Together they have experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, sales, logistics, and the marketing of eyewear, which has allowed them to be successful in full-scale mass market eyewear production for some of the biggest names in the retail business.
